The quality of my communication determines the quality of my life
We all communicate. We do this verbally and non-verbally, consciously and unconsciously. We do that at home, at school, at work, everywhere. It is important that your message is clear and concrete for the other person. A condition for exchanging information is that there must be contact with the other person, verbally and non-verbally. You must have the right and desired attention from the other person and the other person must feel understood without being judged. During this workshop we will delve deeper into what communication does and you will develop the skill to convey your message clearly, concretely and constructively. You become aware of the verbal and non-verbal signals you send to the other person and you develop the skill to notice them in the other person, which will improve the contact with the other person.
